Meet our very own Jesse Redelinghuys, a composer with a systems brain and co-director here at Stonebed.io.
Jesse’s music education spanning over 20 years includes a Master of Music Composition (cum laude) at Stellenbosch University. She developed her composition skills under the guidance of Hans Roosenschoon, Arthur Feder and Philip Antoni Schonken. This tutelage was enriched by masterclasses from prominent composers such as Martijn Padding, Andile Khumalo, Paul Hanmer and Kevin Volans, as well as having multiple compositions performed by renowned local and international musicians since 2015.
Here at Stonebed, her job is to design metadata, organise ideas, and compose music. Piano and violin are her weapons of choice.
